4.5k can go for i7 and it really helps a lot in rendering/modeling.

As for mobo, B150/H170 will do, i.e MSI B150M Bazooka D4 (RM 409, mATX) or Gigabyte H170 Gaming 3 (RM 589, ATX).

And RAM, you can just get value RAM, especially those with 2133MHz, because only Z170 mobo can use > 2133MHz RAM, so if you get 2400MHz and install it in B150/H170 mobo, it will downclock itself to 2133MHz also.

As for PSU, if budget allows, you can go for Seasonic M12II EVO 620W (RM 409), if budget not enough, FSP Hexa+ 550W (RM 199) will do the job just fine.

Please note that the price and product range is different for each shop, I see you included an EVGA GTX970, so high chance you are getting from Idealtech, they don't carry MSI mobo one.
