[Games & softwares that use frequently] Dota 2, blade & soul, auto cad, Final Fantasy XIII & XIII 2, Final Fantasy Type 0

[Personal preferences] Intel & Nvdia.

[Location] Klang Valley.

With the budget allowed is it possible to get a I5 with DDR4 and GTX 970?
