go for low profile cryorig c7 from idealtech,its RM149 if i'm not mistaken,shud be better since it support proc tdp up to 100w.

check idealtech latest pricelist,or u can contact them first as i'm not sure if its stock ready or not.

i nvr use ID-Cooling IS-60 or SilverStone AR05 before so i cant comment on their performance,but as for noctua nh l9i i i did own one,honestly pairing it with 4770k is ok if no oc n off turbo mode,but since i'm using in small itx case,maybe airflow is not that good.
