It's showing as RM779 for me, price list is the 16th november update.
That GPU is the weak point of the build. Don't expect to run The Witcher 3 on 1080p. Go with TristanX's or terence_nwb's suggestion. Parts these days are expensive due to GST & weakening of the currency. Before, an i5 + R9 270 below 2K was possible.

The graphic card is crap.I suggest at least GTX750 or R7 260 for 1280x1024.

i3 has better single core performance even though it is only dual core, most of the Intel out perform AMD CPU even though cores are lesser, don't judge performance by just looking at the core offered. A

And why you need quad core CPU? Any heavy workload or gaming there?

Witcher 3 is packed with Nvidia GameWorks, which holds back the performance of AMD card, but they (settings) can be disabled completely if I am not mistaken, but so far quite a lot of titles released this year are having issue with AMD card, if you want performance out of the box, go for Nvidia card, it is safer at least.

Yes, at least you have day 1 driver support and better performance without tweaking any settings, but drawback is more expensive than the same tier AMD card.

If buy all parts at once, you might be able to get some discounts from the shop, but price will be according to current market's price.

If you buy separately in each month, there are some possible situations, first is MYR continues to drop and price will increase next year, second is MYR strengthen against USD, price might be cheaper. If buying separately, high chance there isn't any discount unless the seller is very kind to you 

CPU, Graphic card and RAM (DDR4) is good start

If you are thinking of getting Intel Skylake CPU then go just ahead because Intel won't release new gen CPU so soon, if others then you need to consider the timeframe, some might have new products incoming soon, if you don't mind getting obsolete hardware, then either way is fine.
