Casing is too subjective, you can pick your own preference but not recommended to use the cap ayam PSU included in the casing (if any) even with light office workload.

If you are ok with 720p monitor then you can pick a cheaper 720p monitor and upgrade the CPU to i3, it is faster to load/process large word/excel file.
