for processor taking xeon is good or skylake i5?

One will be BlueStack, another will be WorldCommunityGrid.

Seems complicated but I think Xeon socket 1151 haven't release any to Malaysia right?

What is the normal temp for graphic and CPU for average load?

Will it be ok at the same time for CPU around 45C for 75% CPU load and 40C for graphic card (running bluestack game)?
