Only play LoL? If yes then no need 3k budget, 2k is enough 

Since i5 + GTX970 build is very close to 3k so I will list it out first, it is worth the extra top up but will end up with no SSD and H110 chipset mobo, not really a big deal for gaming rig since the first priority is gaming.
