another question ? as i know, i7 6700 base clock speed is 3.4Ghz while i7 4790k is 4.0GHz, if i want to get a good one, which one should i go ? as i7 4790k is cheaper than i7 6700

Technically spending on i7 4790k will mean you need to buy a Z97 board which will cost more than normal boards.

And buying i7 6700, you can go for something like B150 boards.
