i'm using tto1 and ABS tyres also...
every saturday at SS19 RC planet got meetings of drifters

and who said ABS will be too slow to break anything ?
i jsut only broke both my left rear arms both upper and lower..
upper i had replacement... lower dun haf... now CA back...
car still sucks... auto drift right... havne't got time to go get new lower arm

no need special tyres... use ABS !!!!
best tyres in the world la....
once u start drifting, it just ocntinues sliding....

me still using cheap ass mazda6 bodyshell..
thinking what to get next...
RX8 or the tamiya S15 coppermix

think of getting RC as an investment...

and no hard compound tyres are harder to drift with..
of course u can slide, but u won't be able to hold on to it long...
ABS or yokes are the best

guys, i'm selling off my TT01 along with a Sanwa Blazer controller and a Intellect 3800 battery
great deal for those who wants a second car to trash or for beginners because this is the best deal u will find..

oh, and andy has seen my car before and he can tell u that its in good condition

take it apart, apply grease to the gears..
my car, super silent...
compared to others running, mine like very very quiet.. cannot hear...

u terbalik la friend..
belt driven is the ancient..
shaft is the new one...
nowadays all shaft liao..
we all damn amazed to see belt driven punyer cars.. hahaha

buy Tamiya Ceramic grease.. its good

and pinion memang metal..
spur only plastic..
if u using tamiya TT01, silver can, get 21t pinion, 55t spur...
