INstead of Kansai accent, I feel like she talk like some sort of "Death"-like accent...

i dont get it...i got a hunch it was a joke but i dont understand it...

im not sure how to explain the joke but its like this (for me personally), its actually an annoying act for me at least, like ur friend asking u "have u eaten?" while knowing u already ate. the joke is that he acknowledging this behavior with his own way... his annoying way and monotonous speech. to me its funny...

i hope this could explain or make some sense about the joke... or if others want to add or disagree with me... feel free to do so since im not good at explaining stuff lol...
