is it possible to still get phone plan without data?

my dad is still using his basic nokia phone for business, i gave him a smartphone but he refuse to learn it.

his current plan is getting expensive so i try to look for a new plan for him, but no telco has plan without data.

all he need is just call and sms.

I was thinking the same as well to switch to prepaid.

but since he use it for business, prepaid is inconvenient as there is validity period.

(sometimes if forgot to reload will inactive cant make call )
