OK calling all IT and Telco experts here.

Is it possible for a Telco to redirect a legitimate site to another site despite having the correct URL?

A few months ago, while clicking on a google search link, it forwarded me to this site.

Now I know it is a legitimate site cause changing it to wifi and the same site is loaded properly. (My wifi is using google DNS).

If you notice, the site is one of celcom partners in delivering those paid SMS/MMS content services which makes it more suspicious.

I suspect they are "hoping" to trick the users into pressing subscribe now accidentally.

My question is is there anyway to prove this act?

BTW, I only encountered this once, so my guess is they are randomly doing this to celcom users
