QUOTE(remix2040 @ Nov 21 2015, 01:11 AM) i want the official case from Google. Can't buy it anywhere but the GPS. Mostly units from USA right? But those sellers in Lowyat.net even provide 1 year warranty by shipping it back for you if hardware defects. Lazada on the other hand didn't provide warranty.Because it's shipped from overseas. QUOTE(aliesterfiend @ Nov 23 2015, 02:22 PM) Wowwww hahaha so technically my guess was wrong? Few days ago I guessed it would be priced RM2599~2699 from the lowest storage option (32 GB) of course. But now they are selling 64 GB for RM2698? Hell of a deal! Please take my money! This post has been edited by Garena: Nov 23 2015, 10:09 PM |

QUOTE(NightFelix @ Nov 23 2015, 10:11 PM) Haha...wait a moment...or should we wait for DirectD to drop their "songlap" price (currently RM2999 for 32 GB) after official release? You know lah...they always sell below RRP de...decisions decisions. After Huawei Malaysia officially released liao, DirectD maybe sell RM2599? Vmall is more like a store specifically for Huawei Honor right? They supposed to put Nexus 6P on http://consumer.huawei.com/my/ ma...just saying. By the way anyone knows why they call it "Vmall"?

QUOTE(NightFelix @ Nov 23 2015, 10:57 PM) Hard to say due to bad currency exchange. Thanks for the enlightenment Camp at here thread enough, no need to Vmall camp. Vmall® is a online e-commerce platform brand for Huawei® to market Honor® device outside of China. QUOTE(zorbyss. @ Nov 23 2015, 11:13 PM) Just saw it in my mailbox! Still big slap to DirectD and Satu Gadget despite they are reducing the price now. Official set free delivery somemore wow.2698 for 64GB with official warranty sounds like a big slap for DirectD and 1gadget. This post has been edited by Garena: Nov 24 2015, 12:03 AM |

QUOTE(irenic @ Nov 23 2015, 11:26 PM) For me, having DirectD as a big established retailer that always bring new smartphone early to our market is an advantage to user, especially those who dont have the privilege to wait and everyday tea tarik chat in forum while waiting for official / local announcement. So if order from Singapore the exact price for official set 64 GB in RM will be how much?I'm used to buy smartphone from ebay / amazon and the total cost is almost on par with the price Directd sells. Of course now we have toabao and many other 'chinese-based' online platform that sells gadget at good price but I don't have guts to buy from yet. and dont forget singapore 64gb also if convert around rm2.9k already. and that's before u calculate the gst and sirim being charged to you (if you post it over here). QUOTE(irenic @ Nov 24 2015, 12:20 AM) If convert directly from xe, is RM2867. But of course bank rate is normally higher a bit, so can say estimately is RM2.9k Thanks bro. Thumbs up for the good explanation and calculation. if you walk in and purchase at SG, then bring out urself, chances to be taxed and gst is of course almost 0. So your total cost is RM2.9k. This one is considering you already have other reason to go to Singapore. if you purposely go there to buy 6p, just consider your petrol and toll cost + VEP charges + ERP Charges + Toll charges (approximately SG$50 / RM150 if weekdays or SG12 / RM33 if on weekends or public holiday). If like me, I did travel to Singapore on weekend to purchase phone (last time htc one m7 and iphone 5s), I spent additional RM280. So adds on to the cost of the phone, it becomes RM3180. if your friend over there buy for you and post it to here, then there's chances for you to get taxed once it reach our customs. So it's gonna be rm2.9k x 6% (GST) + RM100 (sirim) = RM3174. |

Please read this before you guys buy any third party USB Type-C cable, USB Type-A to C cable or any car charger. Android Authority has posted an article to clear up the the early confusion. You don't wanna be the victim or sell other buyer your internally damaged phone (motherboard faulty) in the future. http://www.androidauthority.com/usb-type-c...plained-656552/
FAQ from Google Engineer from Chromebook Pixel team that work on USB Type-C specifications. https://plus.google.com/+BensonLeung/posts/HakwCMmd346 Even OnePlus 2 USB Type-A to C cable is not spec compliant! OMG so many people out there bought that attractive nice little red cable (not me). This post has been edited by Garena: Nov 25 2015, 01:51 AM |

QUOTE(fj_3910 @ Dec 4 2015, 04:03 PM) Haha you should stick to Clash of Clans as it's the most optimized mobile strategy game for Android. Smooth scrolling and smooth gameplay all the way. In fact, it's the most popular mobile game in the world too. In Supercell you can trust. On the other hand, Samurai Siege is a laggy Gingerbread game. You can obviously feel the scrolling is not very smooth and notice some jittering. |

QUOTE(Kagekiyo @ Dec 5 2015, 10:30 PM) A question for those existing Nexus 6p owners - have any of you experienced any noticeable bending for your unit to date? Bend i never face before but i face before warp on both Nexus 5 and Nexus 6. When it's new, put them on a flat surface table face down they lie properly flat. After a few months use, the phone will warp even i use it with case and then i put it on a flat surface table again, i notice they wobble like a ship from side to side. Another of my discovery is Nexus 5's sides will even gets hairline cracks by itself near the sim tray, volume rocker, and audio jack. Searched on Google and found out that i'm not the only one. Mind you i didn't wear tight jeans or put the phone in my back pocket, i handle my phone very carefully and even better than a girl. LG tsk tsk tsk...every manufacturers have their shortcomings.Been reading a couple of threads on XDA of owners complaining that their device does not lie flat face down after prolong usage. QUOTE(remix2040 @ Dec 6 2015, 01:12 PM) If you recall or visit any of the Samsung Galaxy S6 or Note 5 threads, you'd see people whining about the same thing. Pink hue on screens. It's more of a AMOLED panel issue than it is a phone issue. Hopefully most of us gets defect-free phones. As for mine. My screen is perfect, my back panel is even. BUT my speakers are unbalanced. The top speaker is louder than my bottom speaker lol Anyone else facing unbalance speaker problem? As you know, Nexus 6 also have quite a similar problem with the dual front-facing speakers, but the problem is not unbalance, it's the static noise. |
