Camera zip is optional n I did not select it as I find Google camera simply too basic even for a simple minded photographer like me. I use 3rd party camera app camera fv5

Just replace the boot animation.zip in system/media with the marshmallow boot animation. You can easily Google for this marshmallow boot animation.zip
Use root explorer app to edit the system/media folder
