Hi folks, new to this thread, was lurking SG REITs for quite some time. Time look out other SGX counters as well.

Bear in mind I have the read the past 108 pages for this thread, you guys have any thoughts on M1/Starhub and Sheng Shiong?

M1 got offer to privatize. So is expensive.
Starhub fuel their dividend based on loan. Not sustainable in the long run.
Sheng siong is ok I guess.

Good that you took the affort to read all 100+ of the page.

Oh shit, wait. I have to rephrase my statement - I mean I have NOT read the 100 over pages back... @.@

I'm going to start though...

oh.... mine is auto tagged from "Cash Acc" to "Cash Upfront Acc" when I select "Inter Acc Trsf".

Didn't know that yours is different.  Thought its the same....

Now that's odd. The option I had to move cash back to cash upfront account - the interface is the same. But the options are different. The transfer mode is "cheque deposit".

DBS will automatically bank in a cheque to my DBS account.

Don't quite understand why DBS system has different functions even selecting same options....  rclxub.gif

For my case, I log in via iBanking then I switch to DBSV by clicking on the trading account #.  Upon further scrutiny, I found that when I select "Inter Acc Trsf" option, it is not auto tagged from "Cash Account" to "Cash Upfront Acc" (though it appeared to be at first).  There are actually three options i.e. "Cash Account", "Cash Upfront Account" and "Security Deposit" on both "From" and "To".

Ram shared that he only have two options instead of the three options that I had.

It should work this way:

I only trade using DBS Vickers Cash Upfront Account. In order to access DBSV Cash Upfront Account, one must login into DBS iBanking, and select DBS Vickers link.

Once I'm in there, I have an option do Cash Upfront Account withdrawal.

I only recalled doing cash withdrawal once or twice. Had to login again to take a look at it.
