what are the view on Starhub?

I know it's down trend stock due to 4th telco and recent financial result that are worse than last year. Worth going in now?

Anchorpoint is really a run down mall, opposite Ikea

Causeway point is linked with Woodland MRT / bus interchange, new thomson line also interchange here so the crowd traffic is huge.

Changi City Point is opposite Expo (outlet mall), alot of eateries and is situated within IT hub. Huge crowd during lunch hours

Bedok Point is next to Bedok bus interchange, huge crowd as well on weekdays peak hours.

1. thai is part of ASEAN, will they risk the relationship with the likes of Singapore and Malaysia?

2. a cutting through canal across will require years of feasibility studies and construction execution (read panama canal). All of this will translate to cost for ships to pay.

3. why is SG more successful than thai, indon and msia in shipbuilding & port? Despite Singapore been well known as more expensive? Do you know how many ports PSA opearate outside of Singapore?
