Will like to know which banks allow Malaysia without employment to open Singapore saving account?

What is the minimum deposit and charges I need to take note?

And also how is the charges for transferring between Malaysia and Singapore?

Must I physically present in their branch to open an account? Is there any method to do it online + mailing?
