Just dsicussing the rights per se.
Is there a conversion premium? It seems that 63.2 cents is all.
Mother price = rights price + conversion price
Now mother price is 80 cents, conversion price = 63.2 cents
Theoretical rights price is 80-63.2 = 16.7 cents
Mind you after rights issue, DPU will be dilute due to larger outstanding 18 rights per 100 shares. So dont use historical dpu.
how to calculate discount/premium
80 cents -(Rights price + 63.2 cents) = will show you discount (+ve), or premium (-ve) in cents

Mother and rights price will change constantly.. so use new figures to calculate if needed.
