Staying in cash position is better than hedging.

Also one should not buy too soon into the bear market at sales price, only to find out later need of cash for emergencies  and then have to let go of stocks at moving out price... i too need to remind myself this repeatedly

Given the flux of market liquidity, would expect some small spikes on that day, but should die down quickly some time later. Just my 2 cents.

On another news, I am very worried about my holdings in blue chips REITs and shares. They (except SATS) are all in green, and REITs kind of give me double digit returns within 2 months.

Even the "overvalued" KDC REIT is now giving me 6% in 2 months.

Now I am wondering if they are overvalued...

Can diversify, manage risks with more possibilities.
Most others have much less, unable to do much in terms of diff options and min meaningful holdings.

Like me, i try to get more sleep and not to have 100 counters.

SGreits looks toppish and capped at this time, will watch further b4 i go back in.

I tell you there are better stocks than sg banks and reits.
Replace your mall reits with wpc carry from US. Triple nett lease holder. Collected 97% of rent in march.

Buy when time is right and you get same yield is cmt, fct, MCT. I am going to do that with my MCT. Bonus is it comes with 2%p.a annual dividend growth rate for don't know how many donkey years.

Replace banks with CKI/allianz/legal and general

I am slowly selling my sg stuff for overseas stocks.

Time to move my money away from sg. Those still good I keep.
