How are you going to fund your purchases?

I don't have hard numbers to offer, but mere observations.

My opinion:

I find it amazing that these things are discussed/embraced at such high level. Also, being a small country surrounded by other much larger populations, they can only keep on striving to better themselves.

As for Thai, I find it even more amazing. A country with many coups, it is like running on autopilot. However, If you have been to BKK lately, you will find that along the shopping district of Rama I road (from MBK to Termial 21, this is also where the BTS runs), they have many huge malls that are integrated to BTS. Visit some of these malls and you will find that they are years ahead of those along Bintang walk, KL. I think these malls in BKK is comparable to those in Orchard rd, if not better, in respect of brands and mall design. BTS/MRT is equally crowded as in Sg. Of course, this is just a the CBD, not the entire Thai country.

If Thai starts to open up to foreign workforces/knowhow, e.g. in areas of PR, I think they have a lot of upside. For example, their stock exchange lacks exposure/publicity. Google their stocks and it's hard to find much info, especially in English. Try to good their REIT, you won't find much either, but their malls and public transport are crowded. 70 million population in Thai, 15 mil in BKK alone - a lot of money going around...

I logged into KE's mobile app, it says I don't have access to this feature. Maybe because I am on a prefunded account?

If I am not mistaken, CIMB iTrade has been providing this for the longest of time. What's taking sgx so long? or is it KE only?
