There were many US banks whose share prices turn sharply from the last recession.

Let's see,.. bro,.. emm,... to me, shareholder value is created from one of two CONSCIOUS moves by the company :-

1) increasing dividend payout, or at least giving out consistent ones.
2) doing good things and then taking the trouble to report it to the investing public, clearly and in an easy-to-understand way, thereby garnishing more support from the public, hence more buy-ups, increasing SP.

That's the easiest way to put it,....

Not by 'recovering together with the rising tide' after a downturn,... just some instinctive ideas that came to mind,....

Some summaries caught this morning fro your trading strategies :-

•China GDP is on track. Economic re-balancing is working. Price chart is stable
•Market direction depends very much on US data
•Trump win is bad for stocks and USD. Clinton win is good for stocks and USD.
•NZD and AUD are currently the stronger currencies.
•EUR expected to be weak regardless of Brexit result
•If Brexit, sell GBP for short term. Do not think that its the end of the world. Take profit fast because ◦News that it may take 2 years to leave EU.
◦EU likely respond by implementing monetary easing
•If no Brexit, buy GBP for the longer term
•Japan expected to intervene soon in monetary easing or stimulus in July or earlier. Yen is reaching its base soon.
•Gold is expected to do well in current market situation
