U tell them... give me ur streamyx email address n when i email u to that address details concerning the fund transfer, u email me back with that address to confirm transfer but the reply must contain the details i emailed u.

1st that stops scams cuz u have an identity which is the streamyx email account.

2nd if the person cant offord to get broadband then they have no business dealing with paypal on sums of that size.

Am sure TMNet will be happy to assist u or the police on the identity of the owner of said email account. Plus u also have proof of the deal in the email reply (which should have ur details of the deal in it) he gives to confirm the account.
