Hello
I have bought a Maxis simcard 18 months ago which doesn't support 4G.
What is the process of getting a new simcard which supports 4G without loosing the current number?
And how much i will be charged for that?
I went to a maxix stand today they didnt help much, they offered me to buy a simcard for 10 ringit! i dont want to lose my current number.
Thanks.

Hi IceProgrammer, You may walk into any nearest maxis centre in order to upgrade the current SIM into 4G LTE SIM which will be remain your current number. To check the centre availability, you may refer http://www.hotlink.com.my/en/support/store-listing.html. Thank you

QUOTE(IceProgrammer @ Sep 29 2015, 12:23 AM) Thank you for your answer. How much will it cost me? Don't worry, just do the change at a Maxis Center. Even an Internet pass that I subscribed remained intact, not only the number. In the FAQ here: http://www.hotlink.com.my/en/internet/hotlink_4g.htmlDo I need to pay for the SIM swap? Get a FREE SIM Swap with a subscription of Monthly 1GB or 3GB passes.
I do not have a Monthly pass. Do I still need to pay for SIM swap? Without a Monthly pass subscription, a surcharge of RM10 (included with RM5 air-time) is applicable for the SIM swap.
