I am a skinny guy and my metabolism is very fast, I have to eat a lot LIKE A LOT to just gain a pound. But that's not the problem, so recently I've been on a holiday break, for a month, I have been hitting gym for a month plus before that but I don't want to stop training for a month, and it's not worth to sign for gym membership because I am going back to my uni soon.

So can anyone here suggest a routine for me to hit every part of my body?

I only have a pair of dumbbells, the kind that you cannot add additional weights on it, and no bench/pull up bar.

How ALOT is ALOT? 99.9% of skinny people when they say they eat ALOT, its actually just equal to my snacking amount of food/ calories.

Until you post pictures of your regular breakfast, lunch, and sinner, I will assume you still eat very little despite what you claimed. Pictures say thousand words.

If you want to get big other than eating lots of food, you gotta lift heavier and heavier, and progress every week. So how are you going to progress with just one set of fixed weight dumbbell?

Your best bet is to go pay per use, on top of shop lots kind of ghetto gym. Its only around RM5~6 per entry
