Hi, I have a self-service laundry outlet for sale. Some details about the shop and business:
1. Next to 24 x 7 mamak restaurant
2. Facing main road and located in a strategic location with middle-cost apartments all around
3. Comes with extra conveniences to customer such as free detergent and softener dispenser units.
4. Large capacity washers and dryers (still under warranty)
5. Token based system (with redundant token machine) rather than coins

So each washing machine do not hold any coins. As tokens are being used, the token changer machine needs to be redundant hence I have 2 at my outlet compared to most outlet that only have 1 coin changer.
