Yes, I did talk to him, but would like to know if anyone else adopted such promotion before. It's only valid for new registration, though. So, my existing TM line has to be cancelled and register with a new line with the promotion.

If not mistaken, there will be a certain period you need to wait to apply new line if you cancel.

I'm not too sure about that, though... I've been using the current line under my parents name for over 20 years now. So, if I'm to apply for the new package at the promotion price, I'll have to apply for a new line under my name, instead, and also have to request to maintain the same number.
