Hi Maxis,
I was keen to purchase the Note 5 and sign up to a contract extension (without zerolution). I was impressed to see the Maxis website giving virtually live reports on where to get the phone. Unfortunately I discovered the hard way today that the reports are inaccurate. I drove all the way to Sunway pyramid as it was mentioned that it is available there. This was untrue. How else can I find out where to buy it? Can there be a waiting list and maxis calls us when it is available?

same problem here..is better to call to the center 1st before you go visit there, waste of time.

call customer service and ask them to check stock which outlet have before you go. It helps a lot.

Sincere apologies for such experience occurred. At this juncture, we are yet to receive any stock replenishment and there is no exact timeline to be advised. However, we do hope that both of you may check on our website for stock availability as it will be updated in real time (interval 2 hours).

We do check on the website for stock availability, but it seems that the information given is not accurate as the website show "limited stock" but there is actually no stock available.
