In forex we don't buy and hold because it has no directional bias. This strategy can only be applied in the stock market or indices where they are long-biased. |

With some fundamental analysis on the company, buy-and-hold the company's stock is better than keeping the money in the fixed deposit. I believe that is what you are doing. |
