If you want to trade for other people, open company if not yeah
only banks and money changers can be LICENSED in malaysia,

It's true. But like 9kingsir said below. They didn't enforce it. But if you manage someone's money and people complain because you lose all their money, then you will have a higher chance of getting caught.

I also emailed to them a few years back, they said cannot.

complaint oso no point.. that officer said its still no use if you lose all funding... FX is at your own risk..
BNM wont take drastic action.. they just compile your complaint

Maybe, I don't have a high hope on BNM anyway.

Unless if you lose some cronies money then BNM will be very efficient. smile.gif
