I really feel like putting this person in jail.

i can ask my friend's help and grab him into jail, under the law, this is extreme serious crime and he will be jailed for many years.

We could at least set a example to all other members and future trader here.
Who will scare next time if all conman knows that all they need to do is to refund when they are caught comitting crime ?

I think all victims deserve to vote for an appropriate action.

When he cons your money, does he consider about us (victims) or not..?

I'm afraid that he will strike again when he's in need of money in the future..who knows. He already knows how to do it..and how stupid am I as a LYNer to bank in money willingly..
