With all due respect, he's commiting fraud and you still want to buy something from him? I don't think it would be ethical at this point to do business with him until everything is cleared up.

If you were to buy something from him now, in a way, you're helping him worm out of the mess he's in right now. We can't encourage him to do any more business here in Lyn.

It's like he's commiting fraud in Lyn, yet another Lyn member is helping him out of the mess by buying something from him. Doesn't that sound unethical to you? We're not a bunch of greedy bastards right? Anything he wants to sell now should only be dealt with as a means of refund for victims.
