haiya... another big con case here in lowyat. do u guys think there is a serious need of a system to prevent this kind of things in the future?

sorry if off topic but i seriously felt bad for u guys if this is a con case..

edited: can anyone provide me his IC and full name? i cant see clearly from the pic in the forum. i will try to dig some info through one of friend working in Astro. see whether he got use his name to register for astro or not. if yes, can get his house address. pls pm me. thx

I think there must be some rules that newbie (especially those who join not more than one week) cannot do any selling in here unless get verified by mods.

the only 'IC' number we can get is from his UKM card, something we doubt is his.

But at least most of them is only paid RM50 deposit as suggested in the buyer guide which reduce a lot of lost..Paying RM50 before COD is the safest for unknown newbie...
