hi maxis,
just found out my dad phone had been charged for unwanted spam for more than 2 months, rm3 per day, he had lost more than rm100+, how should i proceed from here.

they said i activate the scam service myself because i stop the scam by sending stop sms in the last. pathetic attempt by support, just check my printscreen. they got the name of credit receiving company yet they do nothing, this is confirm malicious scam, are maxis in it for commision? why everytime ppl need to go complain to mcmc to get simple thing done, why use a telco service also such troublesome. maybe only social media can have effect, new customer have to be warn.
