Why cant maxis protect its customers from being ripped off by this scam. Yet they accused its customers for clicking on the link when some did not even received the sms. Is maxis enriching this scammer and themselves. Your customers are complaining. Just disclose the company that sending the sms and we will take it up with MCMC if Maxis is helpless in protecting its customers.
