i do wonder if you guys realized that EVERY telco displays their data speed in MegaBITSPerSecond(Mbps) and not in MegaBYTESPerSecond(MBps). and what you get in your download speed is the speed you subscribed divided by 8.
so subscribing to 10mbps = +-1.2MBps

but if you know that and you're not getting around that speed, then you should complain
