Google map the chinese temple to ikea cheras. The walking distance location shown is just 5 mins. Mytown is just right beside ikea and the MRT has an underground link connected to Mytown mall. You can see it from the mytown website the MRT plan.

TRX / Zouk would be better to access with car but IKEA is definitely walking distance. In fact is just 5 - 6 minutes walking distance. Given the upcoming MYTOWN mall and MRT, is just 10 minutes walking distance. I know because when IKEA was first launch it was congested and I decided to park near the DAP building and walk over. It is definitely walkable
