TRX / Zouk would be better to access with car but IKEA is definitely walking distance. In fact is just 5 - 6 minutes walking distance. Given the upcoming MYTOWN mall and MRT, is just 10 minutes walking distance. I know because when IKEA was first launch it was congested and I decided to park near the DAP building and walk over. It is definitely walkable

Just like Damansara City and the Upcoming Pavilion at damansara heights, good location, MRT acccess, near to all the affluent address. But price already RM1700+ persqft
