i just give the Amcorp mall service center a call, apparently they are not going to order any batteries unless i bring the phone to the service center and log a case and passing the phone to them. then only they will order the battery.
if i'm not mistaken, i dont think battery can be sent through plane, so most probably it will take 2 - 4 weeks just for the battery to arrive.
seriously, whats the point of having removable battery while you cant purchase it on the store front (or at the very least the service center, without having to order) and need to log a case with service center before you can get to purchase a new battery?
Not to mention, i wont be able to use the phone after submitting it to the service and need to pay for the new battery (as the battery warranty is only 6 months). And need to apply leave to go to the service center as it is not open on weekends.
as much i like Windows 10, this will most likely be my last MS windows phone unless the after sales service over here improve.
For some models, they do provide temporary replacement phone till you get your cell back...do check with themif i'm not mistaken, i dont think battery can be sent through plane, so most probably it will take 2 - 4 weeks just for the battery to arrive.
