Just upgraded to windows 10, anyone facing the color in windows 10 is different between application?

Windows Photo Viewer has never been showing accurate colors imo. Even in Windows 8, the images shown simply have different tones/ contrast/ sharpness compared to Lightroom or Photoshop. |

Same with window 8 and window 7. Diff application has diff color rendering codes. It is normal.
