Anybody know the details of the 15% rebate? If 10% is the downpayment, are we supposed to get the balance 5% during VP? Can't seem to find any documentation on this..

15% REBATE is for the buyer 2015, they doing promotion for that time so that 3k is for booking, and 15% discount is for your loan.

But actually this unit is consider late completed right. So any buyer here going to take action, or you guys know when the unit going to complete.

Any Titijaya 3Elements buyer here? Received their letter of vacant possession. the project has been delay for so long!!! Any people know about the late handover charges or fails to deliver vacant possession liquidated damages?
