I found an accessories shop that sells 28" wipers for RM45.

I'm just wondering if 2x28" will cause issues because it looks really close when the wipers are about halfway up.

Hi everybody. Need your advice. Booked a Peugeot 408 and loan approved & signed early of April 2016 from Peugeot Setia Alam. Was given a two weeks delivery time. So ETA was 22nd April 2016. Now it is 29 April 2016 and I still have no idea when I will get the car. Branch said HQ still not allocating cars and HQ says got system problem. So can I cancel the order or should I wait for few more years for car to arrive? Thank you..

I've been using 28+28 setup for 18months no problem. Now switch back to 26+30 as last month got spare part (inc wiper) offer from peugeot. Offer price was rm150.

Is this the 408e-thp? What is the price?

System problem, as in defects with the model?

Hi SKYjack, its the pre-facelift 408 (not e-thp). Booked during 32k++ discount. According to salesman, got some problem at PDI. So all cars still stuck in stockyard coz cannot be allocated to buyers. It has been nearly 4 weeks..

It must be one of the clearance units allocated to you. Predelivery inspection would have reveled some defects. IMO there must be some engine parts that needs replacement. Most likely there are caughtup with having to deal with Peugeot France. The French are very sticky on documents, our champions are very complacent.

Ask them for another car. If all units are sold, then choice is yours to wait or cancel order.

I did service 80k km in SC, mileage now is 73 K km on odometer. This time is major service right or normal service ? Can anyone answer me please ?

To replace water pump and belt need to leave the car for two days... no car very difficult to me...

Replace water pump?? Under service???

Major service every 60km or 36months whichever comes first if during warranty period.

Water pump and timing chain for 408 some got recall. But if you are using belt, then yours is 408 2.0 NA

Any news on their new facelift?

It's named 408e-thp, heard launching this month. Strong rumor-$128k+/-

So meaning to decide either to buy e-THP facelift or New Civic Turbo..
