as the title said..
when will my issue will resolved.. i want a waived.. paying rm 200 for lousy service is definitely sux.. i want to change to UNIFI..
3 years with u is a worst mistake i've ever make in my entire 31 years of my life.
relocation ? no problem we just change ur router no charges apply then boom another 2 years contract renew never informed anything..
cheat customer like taking a candy from children.. fuck u maxis..

Apprently your ISP is connected to our ISP (Starhub) by routing to Singtel then to USA and back to SIngapore (Starhub), that is where the issue lie.

As mentioned by yourself, you may be needed to contact your ISP and "complain" or enquire on how you can get a direct connection from your end to us.
