Hotlink non-active period

I've been told that my hotlink prepaid plan doesnt have any non-active period. If i top up rm5, the validity period is 3 days, and if i dnt top up within 3 days my number will be terminated and any remaining balance will be forfeited. Can Someone pls verify.

They said it was an old plan, Hotlink 1.0
