forgot to ask u cyruz,is it Jap or HK ver?no big deal just want to know,how to differentiate anyway?

btw.. MG Hi-Nu Gundam RM298 in XL-SHOP..tot of geting one.. but.. too expensive for me.. T.T

as far as i know both ver are the same in term of quality(read from the other forum experts)and i myself don't see any difference on the figures

what i would like to know is how to tell which one is what ver,any way?

from my experience..the Hk version will have a shiny sticker at the back at the box, you can see written the word HK on top
for Jap version i think none
the difference wont be seen for now, only during reissue time
the difference is very small and if u aren't expert you wont likely notice, example colour difference..etcs

as for price...it really differs according to where u buy
most places sell Hk version cheaper, but keep note its hard to get Jap versions usually

My Blade doesn't has that stickers means its a Jap ver then

oh well...both ver are the same,only reissue got a slight diff anyway

i think the reason the Jap one more expensive is becuz of the costs to bring it here to M'sia,since both ver were made in China anyway

Well, im from kl and now working in penang - the best place to buy SIC/Gundam in penang is
1) prangin mall toy shop
2) adrian's modelland gundam shop - near prangin mall
3) toy shop in island plaza.
4)toy shop in one stop (not the uncle shop)

They do have preorder for SIC in the prangin toy shop as i recall when i went there to buy SIC blade, all the boxes were tagged with customers names....like 6 boxes in all.

some body in other forum told me u can tear off the stickers of hk vers. to make it become japan vers.......actually i think all the same .....made in china ....not hk or japan.....dunno who start to spread this kind of news.............................................................

haha..thats the point of a sticker..when u tear off it will leave marks on it
its just an indication where it came from..not much impact on the quality i believe

well, ive never bought a japan version SIC so i cannot comment. if you ask me, they are all the same le.

Adrian's modelland gundam shop is in the row of old shophouses along those famous nasi campur shops. his shop is only selling model kits, very nice

ive only been to uncle shop twice but didnt buy anything. there is another shop in midland, u gotta check out . the shop's front dont look like a toyshop but more like a fashion shop.

I always go to mid land but I still don't see the second shop. I know there was another shop selling models but already closed year ago. Which floor is the 2nd shop you said?
