alternative zero and ryuga is probably the BEST SIC i have in my collection - the articulation joints and overall quality feels better and more solid -

Kamen rider the 1st pirated set - yeah, myself almost got one as i really couldnt tell the difference. the packaging was 90% identical and the actual figures also looked really authentic! i bet if i purchase the fake one and placed them into the original box, no one can tell the diff

Thats why all my SIC is not kept in box. no matter how well u kept it, the heat and humidity of our country will kill our toys. i bought RX before with the same issue - the seller never opened the box and the rubber/plastic was bit sticky.

how much did you pay for the faiz ?
the SIC version of FAIZ is much cooler. more detail than the original design.

Well, as for KR, after BLACK & RX, the series went thru
1) kuuga - crappy and boring. I cant believe after RX, the series went downhill with kuuga. the lead character was ok but the overall production seemed like the show was made in kepong. (Hate the stupid sun/mirror shinning combo production trick)

2) Agito - boring hero but good supporting characters like G3 and gills. Story and production quality is just like Kuuga, damn boring. oh yeah, did i mention Agito looks identical to Kuuga?

3) Ryuki - missed this one

4) 555 - finally a cool fighthing style from a kamen rider ( arrogant, cocky). the story and characters are much more developed but then cannot deny this show was made to sell toys.....

5) Blade - similar to 555

6) Hibiki - i really love this new concept but the overall story and direction was really bad. Production quality and screenplay was good though, as this series focuses more on music and fighthing style.

7) Kabuto - Probably the BEST NEW KR. the lead hero and fighthing style is really cool. This series has what others dont - a good storyline and mystery, character development! U have to watch this one.

8) Den -0 - ive seen till ep 6 and this show is really boring thus far. the hero is not really a hero and he relies on "spirits" to take over him during combat and to change form....how lame is that ?


Oh yeah, here is my prediction for SIC Kabuto release
1) Kabuto cast off and armour
2) Zabee & Drake
3) Kabuto Hyper form
4) Gattack & Sasword
5) Special edition - the 3 KR from movie

well, with SIC, take it easy la. just buy the ones you want. if you missed it, always have reissue to fall back on.

the body of doras is very detailed and for some reason, HARDER plastics than any other SIC. not forgetting the SHARP spike shoulder armour...ouch!

I have vol 22, quite nice. lots of weaponry. only downside is his limbs are quite thin, compared to other SIC.

Maybe i should change this to the SPidey3 + SIC Thread ? hahahaahah

seriously though, did anyone bough the 12" Spiderman 2 figure last time ? it had 99 points of articulations or something and costs rm99 at toys r us.

Only HK version have the hologram sticker. no sticker means from japan

oh yeah, i saw them last 3 weeks at Time Machine...it had a 12" KR figure on the bike. my guess is that this is the RAH MEDICOM series KR plus the Bandai bike. the bike is TOO BIG for SIC figures anyways

Not sure man.... all i know is that the cyclone and KR model i saw at TIME Machine is huge, at least 12" for the KR . Definitely bigger than SIC scale.
anyways, its on display outside Time machine shop, maybe someone can go snap a pic or something since im in penang.....

its like the 12" Garo, quite almost double the size of SIC. I believe its quite similar to Hyper Hero series? where you articulations is hidden below the costume
