u junior are lucky that night class is reduced. We senior have to come class on weekends for replacement and night class from 8pm. Some even rajin 4 hours straight to 12am

you take at least 5 year to get to senior level, another possible 5 years to manager, another 5 for senior manager. That 15 year ahead from now even before reaching general manager position

additional qialification helps but by then most will look at your expereince rather than what paper qualification you have. Could be diff for IT but for engineers, experience matters because we are expected to be plug n play. I give you this project, and i expect you to know to do what necessary without me telling you
