I am about to enter the November Intake and this is my first time doing all these university stuff. The thing is, my mom just remind me to do medical check up LAST NIGHT. I completely forget about it.
Then I quickly go to clinic they asked for something about medical letter. I don't see that anywhere?!!! Do I NEED medical check up report for the registration day? Please help me. |
