UPDATES ON MEETING WITH BUSINESS UNIT
1)Washing Machines in the hostel
- There will be an installment of washing machines by the end of November.
2)Food Court at Plaza Siswa
- The second stall in the food court at Plaza Siswa has been closed down. Business Unit is currently searching for a new vendor for that stall.
3) MAC CITY
- MAC City at Plaza Siswa has closed down. Business Unit is currently searching for a new vendor.

Dear Melaka Campus Students,

UPDATES ON MEETING WITH ITSD
SRC has consulted ITSD regarding the Wifi@MMU issue. As there was an assessment done 2 weeks ago, ITSD has reported to TM regarding it. ITSD will be sending us an update on the wifi issue by the end of the week.
Other than that, the next issue is regarding the password change of Camsys. The resetting of Camsys password has been changed from 6 months to a year. This means that students only need to change their Camsys password yearly.
We have proposed to the management on resetting the Camsys password to be done before or after the semester break. This is so that there would not be problems such as the inability to log into Camsys during the semester break. However, this is still in the proposal stage. We will update the students on this issue in the future

Dear Melaka Campus Students,

The Student Welfare Division (SWD) recently had a meeting with -the FMD regarding on certain issues.
UPDATES ON MEETING WITH FMD:
1)Air-conditioning in the Siti Hasmah Digital Library
-The air-conditioning in the whole library has been fixed.
2)CLC A2 water leakage
-The water leakage in CLC A2 has been fixed.
3)FOB Building Structure
-There will be internal refurbishment. This project is expected to end by July 2016.
4)CDP and FOB Lift
- 2 lifts from both CDP and FOB would be upgraded into new lifts. This project has already been proposed to TM and the quotation would be opened to the vendors earliest by next January.
-It takes more than a year to fix the lift, so please be patient as there are 4 lifts to be fixed. There are a lot of procedures that the management has to go through in order to get new lifts. For you information, the lifts are manufactured in countries outside of Malaysia.
We will push the management to solve the issues brought up by SRC as fast as we can. Please be patient with us.
