 what's so hard in overclocking, you increasing your CPU's FSB so as your RAM clock lo, that's why it's called synchronous (mispelled?  ).@wackyangel, ClockGen is your best friend, i found this tools really help in overclocking in windows, no need dozens reboot  , if it too much, it'll hang and restart itself  |

you're using MSI, MSI got DOT what, i think you meant to find this software for auto-overclocking, or else, you can try ClockGen which i don't know if they support P4 i865PE |
