Your screwed-up buggy system charged me nearly 20 times today
for a couple of MMSes which did not even go thru the other side.

It virtually deducted all my remaining credit, and even wiped out
the RM5 which I immediately reloaded after that.

It then studidly and repeatedly sent me messages saying that
''You do not have enough credit for this MMS, please top up''.

Tried twittering your MaxisListens, and all the idiot boys there replied
was ''You have been charged for data. Please check your e-statement''.

The proper action should have been to direct my case to your
technical department to find out what the hell is going on and
immediately refund my credit.

I'm going to fax a letter to your CEO giving him a piece of my mind.
In previous complaints, that was the only way for you people to
take any POSITIVE action.

Hi Tham,

Have you check on your e-statement as advised in our Twitter channel? Does such occurrence happen before?

Thank you

No, I do not know how to access my ''e-statement''.

In any case, that is irrelevant, because your young Twitter clowns
kept insisting I had downloaded data with GPRS.

That is utter NONSENSE.

I DO NOT USE MY MOBILE FOR THE INTERNET.

The only times I had ever accessed the net was to download several
photos from my image hosting URL to my phone, on and off, over
a period of several months.

That was just a few hundred kilobytes. I did that because this
cheap Nokia phone I am using has no data cable.

If I had your HQ's fax number, I wouldn't be wasting my time with your
Twitter junior staff, just to try to recover a few dollars.

They just keep beating around the bush, talking about GPRS data,
while all they had to do was get your technical people to work on it,
or your senior officers to call me, which is the immediate action taken
every time I faxed my previous complaints direct to your CEO.

When I faxed a similar letter that last time when that 5-digit SMS scammer
stole my credit over weeks which I did not notice initially, their senior
staff called me up immediately and refunded all my credit on the spot.

If I had contacted those Twitter kids on this, NOTHING would have been done.

And nobody has reverted to me on your HQ's fax number. Looks like I
shall have to send your CEO a registered letter.

And no, this has not happened before, apart from that 5-digit SMS
scammer which stole over RM20 from me. A check on your forums
shows that several Hotlink users also had their credit stolen when
they did not even subscribe to his ''service'', as in my case.
