 Single Sign On has experienced an unexpected error

I am unable to sign on to MyMaxis onlince account..

Error msg:
"Sorry, Single Sign On has experienced an unexpected error.
Please try again later."

Please help!!!

p/s: I've Maxis Broadband + Maxis Fibre (newly installed)..
previously was no problem to sign in until recently the maxis fibre installed and activated.

login ID/ email: dr.chongs@gmail.com

Hi Maxis,

Same as this user, and when login to Manage My Account desktop firefox browser, just apply home fibre last month.

"Sorry, Single Sign On has experienced an unexpected error.

Please try again later"

Kindly note that for Home Fiber users, the SSO has to be registered via www.mylaunchpad.com.my.

I also facing this problem long long time... any solution?

 

Change to:

0.0201sec    1.14    6 queries    GZIP Disabled
